My Story
Judy Cicero, Ph.D. writes from the point of view that is whimsical. But, don’t be fooled. All her stories are the results of her experiences as a social worker, in the public arena and in private practice. It is because of her relationships with folks in need of belonging, being wanted, loved, and accepted that she derived her characters, both fantastical and real. Her stories reflect those who become unlikely friends, meet difficulties and despair but overcome such times through perseverance, grit and their wonderful imaginations. This Belonging Series evolved with these stories of ‘Misfits with a Message’.
